Control functions can be implemented via a switching frequency control system. In addition to the ceramic discs, the medium also comes into contact with housing components and seals. In addition to standard solutions, other material combinations are available depending on the operating conditions. This type of valve is designed for very small flow rates in the nominal diameter range from less than 1 mm to 10 mm. Pressures up to 250 bar are permitted. The connections are designed with female threads as standard. Other connection variants are possible. The operating principle is based on three floating ceramic discs that seal against one another. The middle disc can move linearly, while the two outer discs are stationary. Opening and closing occur through the vertical movement of the middle disc.

The valves are supplied both with a hand lever and prepared for the installation of an actuator. All commercially available actuators are suitable. As a standard solution, the valves are offered with solenoids, linear stepper motors, and pneumatic cylinders. The actuator is mounted using an adapter and a bridge. Special connections are possible.
